CEU Course Description 

This course offers valuable training for Nursing Home Administrators (NHAs) responsible for upholding medication safety in their facilities.   2. Describe the potential challenges and risks associated with medication management in nursing homes, such as polypharmacy, medication errors, and staffing shortages.
  3. Explain strategies to mitigate risks and promote medication safety, including implementing best practices, fostering effective communication, and advocating for continuous learning.
