CEU Course Description
In the wake of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, health care organizations are looking to improve in order to meet the growing expectations of both government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and potential residents. The question is, how can health care organizations improve? This course will answer that very question, while reviewing the key aspects of organizational improvement. This course will also highlight recommendations that may be used to improve resident care. The information found within this course may be used to develop training and educational offerings to health care professionals.
